Short answer: No. The prices on our pricing page don't include taxes. Depending on where you are, VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout. You'll see the final amount before you pay. If you're buying for a business, you may be able to buy without tax by using your company's tax ID.
How tax is calculated
Whether tax is added, and how much, depends on things like the country you're in and whether you're buying as an individual or as a business. The checkout works this out for you and shows any tax as a separate line before you confirm the payment.
Can I buy without tax using my company's tax ID?
Yes, in many countries. How it works depends on where your company is registered.
Tax IDs we check automatically at checkout
Enter your company's tax ID at checkout. If it's valid, tax is removed right away. We check these tax IDs automatically:
- European Union: VAT numbers registered for intra-community transactions (listed in the EU's VIES database)
- United Kingdom: VAT numbers
- Australia: Australian Business Numbers (ABN)
- New Zealand: New Zealand Business Numbers (NZBN)
- Quebec (Canada): QST registration numbers. This removes Quebec's QST only. Federal GST/HST still applies, unless our finance team verifies your Canadian tax number (see below).
If your tax ID can't be verified, the usual tax for your country applies.
Tax IDs our finance team checks by hand
In these countries, the checkout can't verify your tax ID automatically, so tax is charged at first. If you have a registered company and don't want tax on your invoices, contact us at checkout@mailsuite.com with your company's tax ID. Our finance team will check it and, once it's verified, remove tax from your invoices.

- Turkey
- Canada
- United States: organizations that are tax-exempt in New York State
Spain and other countries
- Spain: Spanish VAT applies, even with a valid VAT number, because our company is based in Spain. The exception is customers based in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla: we don't charge them VAT.
- Other countries: if your country isn't listed above, a tax ID doesn't change what you pay. Depending on the country, the local tax is added, or no tax is added at all. Either way, the checkout shows any tax before you pay.
Company details on your invoices
