Paid plans. The AI app connector is available on all paid plans. See plans
Connect your Mailtrack tracking to Claude, ChatGPT or any app that supports MCP, and ask about your email the way you would ask a colleague: who opened your proposal, which emails got clicks or replies today, who owes you a reply, or what your history with a contact looks like. Your AI app answers from your real tracking data: opens, clicks, replies and recipients.
It can also send tracked emails and follow-ups from your own Gmail address, always after you confirm.
In AI apps, the connector is called Mailsuite.
What you need
- A paid plan.
- A Google account with Gmail connected to Mailtrack. Accounts that sign in with Microsoft can’t use the connector.
- If you belong to a team: your team owner must allow AI apps (see Teams below).
The server address is always the same: https://mcp.mailsuite.com
Connect from Claude
Mailsuite is listed in the Claude connector directory. You connect once on the web and it’s then available in Claude on desktop and mobile too, with no extra sign-in.
- Open the Mailsuite page in the Claude directory. You can also get there from Claude: open Settings → Connectors and search for Mailsuite.
- Click Connect.
- Claude opens Mailsuite. Sign in if asked, review the permissions and click Allow.
- Claude now appears under Your connections in your dashboard, in Settings & account → AI.
Try it: “Who opened my emails this week?”
Connect from ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Plugins → Add → Add custom MCP server.
- Paste the address
https://mcp.mailsuite.com. - Authorize the access: ChatGPT opens Mailsuite. Sign in if asked, review the permissions and click Allow.
If you use ChatGPT in a workspace, your workspace admin may need to allow custom MCP servers first.
Try it: “Which contacts are still waiting for my reply?”
Connect from other apps
Any app that supports remote MCP servers can connect with the same address. The first time you use it, the app opens Mailsuite in your browser so you can sign in and click Allow.
Claude Code. Run this in your terminal, then type /mcp inside Claude Code to sign in:
claude mcp add --transport http mailsuite https://mcp.mailsuite.com
Cursor. Add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json, or to .cursor/mcp.json inside your project:
{
"mcpServers": {
"mailsuite": {
"url": "https://mcp.mailsuite.com"
}
}
}
VS Code. Add this to .vscode/mcp.json inside your project:
{
"servers": {
"mailsuite": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://mcp.mailsuite.com"
}
}
}
Any other app. Look in its settings for an option to add a remote MCP server or custom connector, and paste the address above. If your app asks for a token instead of opening Mailsuite, create one in Settings & account → AI, under API access.
What your AI app can access
When you click Allow, you grant these permissions:
- Tracking: view your email tracking (recipients and when each email was opened), and add tracking and follow-up reminders.
- Activity: read recent opens, clicks and replies, with the recipient’s address.
- Email search: search your email by contact or subject. It sees subjects and participants.
- Sending: send email from your address.
- Contacts: view your contacts’ addresses, when you last interacted, and who is waiting for a reply.
Two more permissions are only requested when you ask for something that needs them:
- Incoming email: read the full subject and body of email other people send you, and your tasks.
- Tasks: create tasks from your threads, and update, complete, reopen or discard them.
Nothing is sent without you. Your AI app shows you the recipients and the text and asks for your confirmation before sending. Emails to people you have never written to also wait for your approval in Settings & account → AI, and expire after 72 hours if you don’t approve them.
Mailsuite shares this data only with the AI app you connect. See our Privacy Policy and how we keep your data secure.
Teams
AI apps are off for team members until the team owner turns them on. In Settings & account → Team → AI apps, the owner switches on Allow AI apps for the team. When it’s on, everyone in the team can connect the AI app they choose; when it’s off, nobody in the team can connect an AI app or use an API token.
Disconnect an app
In Settings & account → AI, find the app under Your connections and click Disconnect. It loses access immediately. If you connect the same app again later, the new connection replaces the old one.
Troubleshooting
Your AI app says you need to upgrade
The connector requires a paid plan. Follow the upgrade link your AI app shows, or see how to change your plan.
Your AI app says your team doesn’t allow it
Ask your team owner to turn on AI apps (see Teams).
Your AI app asks you to reconnect Gmail
Reconnect your Google account in Mailtrack, then try again.
An email you sent hasn’t arrived
Check Settings & account → AI: if it’s addressed to someone you have never written to, it may be waiting for your approval.
