Mailtrack can send you an email alert when your emails are opened, your links are clicked or your PDFs are viewed, among other things. If you get more alerts than you need, you can turn them off in a few ways.
From the alert email
At the bottom of each alert email there's a link to turn off that type of alert. For example, a PDF view alert has a Turn off document view email alerts link.
From your Mailsuite dashboard
To turn off several alerts at once, or to turn one back on:
- Open your Mailsuite dashboard.
- Click the gear icon (top right), then Notifications.
- In the Email column, uncheck the alerts you don't want to receive.
The changes are saved automatically. The Desktop column controls browser notifications, which are separate from email alerts.
For campaigns
If you use Campaigns, you choose the alerts for each campaign when you send it:
- Write your campaign and click Continue.
- In the Mailsuite Campaign window, click Advanced settings.
- Under Notify me..., check or uncheck the alerts you want for that campaign.
